Your booking with Casa Catalunya is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Arrival and Departure
Arrival is from 4.00 pm
Departure before 10.00 am
Please advise us in advance of very late arrivals or very early departures
Reservations
A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation. This is only refundable if we are given a minimum of 90 days notice (prior to your arrival), in writing. Any bank charges incurred will be the responsibility of the client.
When the deposit has been received a confirmation email will be sent to you with details of the remaining balance.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations
If a cancellation is made within the 90 day notice, the 50% deposit will be retained by Casa Catalunya. All bank charges incurred due to cancellation are the responsibility of the client.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation by Casa Catalunya, all monies paid by you will be refunded to you. No administration charge applies. We are not responsible to re locate clients.
Damages and Deposits
Damage caused by the client to the assets of Casa Catalunya must be paid for.
Casa Catalunya require a security deposit of 250€ per booking **, which must be paid in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded in full at the end of the stay providing no damages have occurred. (** bookings for the studio require 100€ security deposit)
We welcome visitors with animals however we require a 400€ security deposit.
You must inform us, without delay, of any damage or problems regarding the assets of Casa Catalunya and arrangements will be made for repair/replacement as soon as possible.
Should major damage occur Casa Catalunya reserve the right to invoice you for the excess charges.
Replacement keys are charged at 15 € per key
We strongly advise that all clients have holiday/cancellation insurance and/or climbing/activity insurance.
Casa Catalunya do not accept responsibility for accidents/injuries during the clients stay on or off the premises.
